Case: In your position, you have amassed a lot of wealth through owning many successful businesses. One business you own, ReHistory, revamps historic sites and buildings. ReHistory is a partnership that you entered with Cline Jenkins, who is the source of ideation for your projects. Cline does not have any financial resources, and is in fact in poor financial shape, but is knowledgeable and experienced with historic renovations.

One day, while driving on a partnership retreat, Cline crashes into Leni, causing Leni critical injury. You were 3,000 miles away on vacation in a different state, Maryland, when the accident happened. You were aware of Cline's bad driving habits from the times you had driven with him, and have warned him countless times to drive safer. Leni brings a tort action for damages, and ReHistory has few assets at the moment.

- Who will Rama be able to name as defendants?

- What will happen if the partnership has no assets-will you and Cline be equally responsible for the loss?

- What could a lawyer's possible recommendation be for this situation?
