The price she is offering is low so Alex agrees to purchase. Lucy requests cash and to meet in a car park. Alex asks his supervisor and explains the deal feels weird, his supervisor says the price is great, and to proceed. Alex goes ahead and gives lucy the cash, she funds away with the money and the plastic is never delivered to alex. What is the issue here
