I believe that employees who try to tarnish the company's name and reputation should be held liable and fired. As an employee for a company, you represent that company and thier values, so when you go agaisnt the company you work for by posting negative comments about the business on social media, it shows that you are not for the business at all. This shows a lack of character and represents mistrust between the employee and the employer. When a person takes to social media and post negative comments about the place they work, they are encoding a message of not wanting to be apart of that company and they are no longer for them. A company has every right to terminate someone who is agiasnt the company.
