Janna is a full-time college student and states she has had trouble concentrating in class and her grades are beginning to suffer. She states she once enjoyed spending time with her friends and going to college events, but she no longer finds enjoyment in these activities. Janna denies any associated suicidal or homicidal thoughts. She denies any associated auditory or visual hallucinations. Janna denies tobacco or illicit drug use but reports occasional alcohol use (1-2 drinks a few times per month). She states she is not currently sexually active and denies current pregnancy.
