ML is a 46-year-old male who presented to the clinic today for follow up checkup. The patient reports he visited the hospital last month due to abdominal pain and bleeding. He thought it was going to be in and out of the hospital because he is someone who takes very good care of his health. Unfortunately, he had to had a surgical procedure done and ended up with an ostomy bag. The patient reports he has been having a hard time dealing with the situation.
