Background Information (Overview of the problem or issue that your product can solve or address)
D!RECT is a navigating application that allows for the user to maximize the efficiency of their travel and safety predicaments. This application offers several advantages regarding road travel. On the other hand, 4OUR 4UTURE is a research and development as well as business company who aims to be one of the best innovative companies in the world by offering services and improving the efficiency of living by providing lenient ways of traveling, conversing and even safety monitoring of roads, infrastructures and many more. Through the years, there have been a lot of casualties happened in the roads. Different casualties occurred due to inadequate safety procedures and features that are efficient enough to minimize such losses. Traffic accidents and incidents happen from human-to-human contact and confrontation is a visible problem that occurs in everyday basis. The lack of government implemented navigating apps has been around the country for the past years hence, the security and safety of commuters has always been at risk. This application supervises different problems in terms of traffic engineering, road accidents and traffic congestions and the lack of emergency hotlines in regard to traffic accidents and other reasons.

This application has a lot of significant features such as the following: Map Navigation where it shows both 2d and 3d view of the landmark, Weather Statistic Possibilities that is being monitored by PAG-ASA, emergency hotlines connected to PNP, BFP and other security hotlines, Live Monitoring Cameras installed in each intersection, highways and major streets, traffic light signal indicators with timers, and most importantly the data-stored navigation for offline purposes. The project aims to develop and advance the technology within the area of Mapua University (Intramuros to Manila City Hall) in its first year; to broaden the number of beneficiaries around Manila in its second year; and to cover the whole Metro Manila

The target market are as follows: Public and private drivers, and commuters. The service is partnered with the Philippine Government and its traffic and road official departments such as LTFRB and MMDA therefore providing service all over the country. This product is marketable via collaboration with the government agencies to provide accurate and essential road mapping as well as safety/emergency hotlines for the consumer (Philippine Citizens)

OUR SOLUTION (How are you solving the problem you've identified?)
D!REC offers a precise navigation and rerouting system where it identifies the general problem that will happen based on statistics and possibilities. This application not only offers fundamental system features but also emergency hotlines that is directly connected to the government contact system such as: LTFRB, MMDA, PNP, BFA and many more. Live Monitoring Cameras (LMA) are innovated for accessible online viewing through the application itself, hence allows the user to identify which route is better than the others by knowing the traffic flow within that specific street, highway and others.
TARGET MARKET (Who is your target customer? Are you targeting multiple market segments?) Commuters, public and private drivers are the main beneficiary of this application in which it will not only promote efficient travels, but also safety through emergency hotlines. Government agencies will be the main source of revenue as they are going to be one of the partners upon the creation of this product. Both consumers and customers. Different government agencies around the country will be targeted starting from the central city of the Philippines, Manila up to the local, rural and urban areas such as provinces and many more.
THE COMPETITION (Who is your competition and how are you different?)
There are several applications that are directly similar to this such as: WAZE, GMAP, APPLE MAPS, GOOGLE EARTH. The difference is that this application offers advance rerouting system, weather forecast possibilities and most importantly, the Live Monitoring Cameras (LMA) and emergency hotlines in which will protect the consumers, unlike the said competitors, this application is also partnered with the Philippine Government which increases its legitimacy and proof of safety.
SALES CHANNELS (How will you sell your products?)
Bidding presentation will be conducted to ensure balance and fair transaction. There would be several occasions and discussion with different government agencies, presentation on how this product will not only benefit the country, but also promote efficiency in terms of road managing, observation and maintenance. Since this application is both being consumed by civilians and government, small subscription fee is highly recommended to promote revenue and sales for the side of civilians.
MARKETING ACTIVITIES (What are the key marketing activities that you'll be using to drive customers to your door?)
Several events will be conducted such as Supermarket promotions, mall conventions and Online webinars that is facilitated by the government. Discussion of surface knowledge as to why this product not only promote safety, but also efficiency in terms of commuting since it isn't limited to drivers, but commuters will highly benefit from it as well. Physical advertisement such as events are highly romanticized to promote a more efficient public distribution.
