Are you part of the optimum value chain and value-adding distribution scheme?

What is the price of the solution such that a measurable ROI can be realized?

Who, what and where is the competition? How are you going to compete and win?

What is the optimal positioning for the product/service?

What is the next target segment that can/should be addressed?
