Assignment:
1) Is it possible to train oneself to become a person who is more rather than less inclined to show civil courage?
2) If racial bias is present in law enforcement, is it best for the agency to take an individual approach and "fix the person" or should they address the agency as a whole and implement structural/institutional interventions?
