While driving Martin's car to the supermarket, Michael failed to stop at a red light and seriously injured a pedestrian. Explain who is financially responsible for the injuries to the pedestrian as well as for the damage to Martin's car.

5. Locate and describe a liability case that relates to one of the types of liability discussed in #3 above. Be sure to include the key facts about the case, the year and location of the accident, the outcome of the case including any settlement award.
