Mentoring - a process whereby an experienced organizational member (a mentor) provides advice and guidance to a less-experienced member (a protégé).
For this assignment, I want you to write about your experiences with a mentor. Though the textbook mentions it from an organizational point, your assignment doesn't have to be as formal.It can be a parent, friend, neighbor, etc. In essence, anyone that has impacted your life.
