Question: Many of you may be familiar with the movie National Treasure. For those who are not, here is the IMDb editors summary: Benjamin Franklin Gates descends from a family of treasure-seekers who've all hunted for the same thing: a war chest hidden by the Founding Fathers after the Revolutionary War. Ben's close to discovering its whereabouts, as is his competition, but the FBI is also hip to the hunt. After the war chest is found, Ben was offered 10% of the treasure's worth as a finder's fee, however, he believed the amount was too high and took only 1%, split it evenly with Riley. The treasure exhibits were donated to the Cairo Museum.

What is a treasure trove? How would you classify the property? Who do you think should own the war chest once it was found - Gates, the government, etc. and why/why not?
