The senior project about about creating a document. In your case, a training proposal. Yet these documents fail to include essentialinformation. The point of the senior project is not gaining andconveying information about your topic. The point of the project is to show that you know the process of creating that kind of document. You are not showing me that you know what you are doing.
What is the organization that would be where the training would take place?
Who is the person to whom the proposal would be addressed?
Who are the people who would take the training?
What sub-topics would the five modules of training cover?
Who are the SMEs? What is it they are experts about? What organization do they work for?
Is that the same organization where thetraining would take place or is it a similar organization?
Re-read the instructions for the project and then revise yourproposal. When I have complete information about your project, I can amend your IRB to make it workable. Do NOT interview anyone or even ask them if they would agree to an interview, not until you have an approved IRB from me.
