Q. You have been appointed chairperson of a committee formed to coordinate interdependent activities of several departments in business. Coordination problems have interfered with flow of work, causing bottlenecks, delays and wasted effort. Even though you are designated chairperson, you have no formal authority over or members, who are not your subordinates.
