White Collar criminals are rarely brought to justice in any meaningful way. Few are arrested, tried and convicted of any crime, and those that are convicted are usually given pretty light sentences (example: Martha Stewart was given mansion arrest for six months after lying to a federal grand jury!) Why do you think so little law enforcement attention is given to these crimes, and punishments seem to be so light when we compare the punishments for these crimes to ones for theft, burglary and drug dealing?
