Problem

The ambition to become more knowledgeable in the field of health sciences, to make a more significant contribution to the field of healthcare, and to enhance the outcomes for patients is what drives me to pursue a higher education degree. In addition, I am motivated by the possibility of making substantial advancements in the field of healthcare and supporting changes that are essential and will be to the advantage of both the company and the patient simultaneously. In addition, I want to enhance my education because nursing is constantly evolving and changing, and the only way to adapt to these changes is by continuously learning new things and expanding my knowledge throughout my life. My belief is that if I were to successfully complete my advanced degree program, I would be able to acquire the specific abilities and information that would enable me to bring about beneficial changes in my professional role. For instance, I may use evidence-based research to assist process improvement for the benefit of the organization and patient satisfacttion. This has the potential to result in enhanced patient satisfaction as well as positive results for patients, which would promote excellence at Providence St. Jude.
