Problem

A patient mention that they have recently been dealing with recurring headaches and are currently experiencing one. The Medical Assistant takes the patient's vital signs and records their medical history.

Pulse: 80
Blood Pressure: 200/110
Respirations: 24
Oxygen Saturation (O2): 98%
Temperature: 98.8°F

After noting the vitals, the MA informs the patient that the physician is currently running late but will be in shortly. She then leaves the room, placing the patient's chart in the designated area for the doctor to review, and proceeds to prepare another room for the next patient.
