1. Which Therapeutic Theory (Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, Narrative, Solution Focused, Systems) "speaks to you" as a basis for providing counseling/therapy? For example, my "first language" when it comes to providing therapy is Psychodynamic as well as Systems. I use Cognitive Behavioral techniques when needed, but I see everything colored by Psychodynamic and Systems lenses. Which theory do you think would be most effective and why?

2. Reflect on the 3 stages of the Ethnocentric Worldview (denial, defense, and minimization). In your opinion, which would be the most difficult to work with in a therapeutic setting and why?
