Respond to two colleagues by describing ways in which their research could influence social change.

My study project has given me important insights, one of which is the need of literature reviews. A thorough literature review is necessary to narrow down a wide research topic into a single, testable question. It helps the researcher to recognize recurring themes in the literature, comprehend body of knowledge, and spot knowledge gaps. In terms of the contemporary understanding of healthcare rights and their access to high-quality healthcare, this approach was quite illuminating.

My goal is to improve social work practices by offering a deeper understanding of the real-life struggles faced by migrant individuals who have difficulty obtaining healthcare. This knowledge will make it easier to create policies that will increase this group's access to healthcare. Social workers can start healthcare policy improvements by identifying the challenges this group has and then either enacting new policies or amending the ones that already exist.

A research study's limitations section addresses the methodological flaws that the author is aware of (Yegidis, et al., 2018). One possible drawback of my suggested study is the potential for bias in the participant interviews. Understanding the obstacles to their access to healthcare could result in skewed interpretations of the findings. An further constraint could be the possibility that the sample size in my region is insufficient to yield findings that are representative of the larger community.
