2. How does this theory conceptualize psychopathology? (What do the theorists associated with this theory suggest to be the reason for people's problems?)

3. Which techniques from that theory are you most excited about using? (Please name and describe at least two therapeutic techniques associated with your chosen theorist.)

4. What does the research say about the effectiveness of this theory? (What have studies shown about the effectiveness of the therapy? This information is near the end of each chapter.)
