Daenerys and Jamie had no further contact until May, 2021 when Jamie sent Daenerys an email proposing terms of delivery for the peach crop. In April 2021, a deep freeze had damaged large portions of the southern peach crop causing the price of peaches to skyrocket. Daenerys took advantage of the higher price for peaches and decided to sell her peach crop to Mid-Missouri Produce for $2,700,000. Daenerys refused to sell her peaches to Lannister Gardens, which sues her for breach of contract. Who prevails? Why?
