Imagine you are the HR manager at a company. You need to hire three new people. One employee will work at the front desk as a customer service assistant, and the other two will work on the production line. Give at least five places you would recruit for each position and explain why each place would be a viable option.

Write a one page paper in which you:

1. Select at least five places you would recruit for a customer service assistant and at least five places you would recruit for production line workers.

2. Explain why each place you selected would be a viable option for recruiting employees.

3. Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

a. Typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.

b. Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, your name, your professor's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

• Watch the youtube video titled "Fruit Guys - Strategy," Identify two or three businesses that could use the five questions the Fruit Guys used to determine effectiveness. Provide a rationale for your answer.

• Pick an organization with which you have familiarity. Then do a competitive environmental scan for that organization. Assess how the competitive environment for the company you researched affects the HR function for the organization. Determine which strategy would be best suited to address the effects discussed.

• Examine how does the company's human resource strategic planning interact with other functional strategies within the organization and the strategic leadership of the top management to affect organizational effectiveness. What is one of the primary reasons many organizations today are evaluating the effectiveness of their human resource management functions, and do employees have a role to play in the effectiveness of human resource planning for the organization?
