Case: At ProTrust medical lab performing blood or urine test requires the following steps. All Patients should go registration desk to register for the required test by their doctor. The registration takes 3 minutes and this station occupies by Rachel. Catherine and Ghulam collect blood and urine samples in 8 minutes each. Each of the four lab technicians can do one test in 30 minutes. A biologist reviews the results and writes the report in 10 minutes.
