Nearly all parasites are a significant public health concern. While we selected those that are of most significance, this topic is still very content heavy. This discussion post will be a bit lighter and more fun (hopefully). Because it is one of my favorite discussion posts, second to the introductions, I wanted to still offer it- but, it is extra credit!!! :)

View the brief video regarding what are commonly regarded as the worst parasites. Post your answer to the question of the day. "Which parasite do you think would be the worst?" Include reasoning behind it- this should be a well written paragraph. This is meant to be a brief discussion and does not require use of external resources, but you are certainly welcome to do a little additional research if you find it interesting.

You can earn up to 5 extra credit points: 3 for the initial discussion, and 2 for responses to classmates posts. Deadlines are still Thurs. and Sun., respectively.
