She is currently taking Paxil 60mg for her depression and does not want to stop it because it has helped her with her insomnia and depression. "I've been on it for 12 years and I don't want to come off of it. Isn't there something else I can take with it?" She does not drink ETOH, denies cannabis use however smokes 1 PPD.
