Question: UW Solutions is a scale-up of 150 people, and they have managed to grow the team quite a bit so far. At the moment, the work is done by two recruiters. They are recruiting based on the updates of the management team or the hiring managers. They have managed six vacancies so far. However, at this stage, the company will not be needing two recruiters, so the HR team is trying to think of the other projects for the second recruiter.
