Case Study: The Public Space Alliance, a program of the High Line in Manhattan, supports
and facilitates projects in NYC that reuses and creates equitable public spaces. The High Line itself is a previously neglected space that was reactivated to provide the west side of Manhattan with a public greenway that stretches across many blocks. The Public Space Alliance is currently involved in 15 projects across all five boroughs, including several that utilize el-spaces of various forms across the city.
