While conducting research, I determined that conflict is inevitable in all the cultures. I say that because of the disagreement which in the end, plays a major role with the economy. It is very difficult to control disagreements especially due to the fact that people have their own minds. You obviously can't control the thoughts of others.

Some may feel certain things as good, while others may feel it as bad. Which is why conflict is inevitable in all the cultures. Conflicts can be reduced by easily imposing laws as well as by making people understand that conflict can act as a burden to them and as well as the society. All in all, strict laws should be imposed within the society for those to reduce the level of conflict.
