He denies LOC or headache, however bystanders stated that he appeared confused. His medications include metoprolol, pravastatin, baby aspirin, nitroglycerin SLT, and warfarin. He is alert and oriented to person, place and time. His head is atraumatic. Pupils are symmetric and reactive bilaterally. Extraocular muscles and visual fields are intact. Funduscopic exam reveals no papilledema., Neck is non-tender without bony deformity or step-off. Motor strength and reflexes are intact and symmetric in bilateral upper and lower extremities. He tandem walks without difficulty, and his finger-to-nose and thumb-to-finger tests are normal. His Romberg test is negative. He can recall 5/5 objects immediately and 4/5 after 5 minutes.
