You notice one of your employees on the fulfillment team is struggling to properly pack items, which has resulted in some damaged shipments. When you ask them about it, they blame others for not organizing the packing materials properly so it's hard to find the right materials to use. After looking into the issue, you find that while occasionally employees will not restock packing materials from the warehouse immediately, no one else is having this problem because they simply restock themselves if an item is out.
