Problem: The 36-year-old South Asian female returns to the office. She is now 12 weeks pregnant. She was diagnosed with GAD and is getting therapy. It is hard for her to communicate with the therapist due to language barriers and cultural beliefs. Her therapist is a male. During the visit, her vitals were BP 144/92 (Left arm, sitting) and 142/92 (Right arm, sitting), HR 90, RR 16, Temp 98.2, and SpO2 99% on RA.
