A 25 year old male walk into the ED with complain of abdominal discomfort stating he has been having abdominal pain , craping and mucus in his stool and its been ongoing over few weeks. He also noticed weight lost of 12 lbs in one month. His family history shows that his sister was diagnose Crohn's disease previous year. KUB ordered but show normal abdominal extra. Labs ordered B12 noted to be normal but ESR normal Labs shows elevated ESR Vital signs Temp 98.1, respiration 20, bp 129/67 and HR 98.
