Problem: Jim died intestate owning a home in his name alone worth $300,000. His heirs are his children by his first marriage, Abel and Abbey along with his children from his second wife Barry and Bea. Both divorces were very bitter and contentious. At the time Jim died, the children were very angry and suspicious of each other.Months later after the probate commences, all of Jim's kids meet with a mediator and are able to settle their issues.
