Problem: A member of a prominent American family is accused of raping a woman at the family's estate. The trial is broadcast on Court TV. During the trial, The New York Times and NBC News identify the woman by name. The local newspaper editor considers whether to break his newspaper's policy of not identifying complainants in sexual assault cases after national news media report her identity.
