Assignment:

A customer saw an advertisement from a used car dealership that stated that all of its cars are sold with a "50,000 mile warranty." The customer purchased a used car for $10,000 from that dealership and received a written warranty. After driving the car 500 miles, the car breaks down and the dealership refuses to honor the warranty. Both the customer and the business are in Valdosta, Georgia. The customer wants to sue for $11,000, which includes the cost of the car and the cost of alternate transportation.
