For the leader of an organization to implement successful changes, the leader must provide effective communication to all other leaders and other personnel. Such communication must be provided through channels in which the leader can effectively access appropriate leaders and personnel at both established intervals as well as for unplanned communication.

Analyze the communication channels the leader utilized to implement the change.
Explore how various leaders and personnel were connected to the communications channels.
Evaluate the role of the communications channels in the effectiveness of the leader-lead implementation of a recent significant change.
