Two balls attached to strings have the same mass and volume, but are made of different materials. They are released from the same angle(theta), and each hit a block. Ball A bounces back, almost to the same height from which it was released. Ball B sticks to the block.

Which ball exerts a greater net force on the block, ball A or ball B? Explain your reasoning.
