Which aws tools i''m using to make the database work

Problem

I need help with my project on AWS. I'm using Amplify for the front end and DynamoDB and App Sync for the back end. When I add info on the website, it gets saved in the database, and I can find it on the website too. But, when I try to find this info using its ID in the AWS database, I get nothing back, like it's not there.

It seems like something's not set up right, and I can't figure out why searching in the database doesn't work the same way as searching on the website. I need help to fix this and make both ways of searching show the same results.

Also, could you explain which AWS tools I'm using to make the database work? I want to understand better how everything is set up.
