Question: Base on the Scenario, Proposal and Outline to made a therapeutic exercise treatment plan for an acute Rotator Cuff Tear:

Listing a progression of exercises from acute to sub-acute to chronic (if applicable) which are appropriate for the client. These would include the specifics of the exercises as well the sets, reps, intensity, duration, frequency etc.

Each therapeutic exercise in the treatment plan should have a list of intended goals of the treatment plan, outcomes (anticipated response), effects, side effects, precautions, etc.

The plan should show how a therapeutic exercise is replaced in favour of a different exercise as the client progresses.
