Question 1: After you reviewed performance management and process, analyse each following element:

Whether the performance management system is easy to access and use. If yes, please explain how is it easy to access? If not, how should it be fixed?

Whether the performance management and process is consistent throughout the business objectives and policies. If yes, please explain how is it consistent? If not, how should it be fixed?

Whether the performance management and process comply with legislations (Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth), Anti-discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) and Fair Work Act 2009 (Cwlth)?

Question 2:

According to the performance management policy, provide one training that you believe it will help and support staff performance of the Australian Auto Parts and Supply. The training must include the following elements:

Description of the training session
The training processes
How employees will be beneficial from this training

Question 3:
After provided a training session to staff, write the process of performance management and review in accordance with the Australian Auto Parts and Supply's policies.
