The 21st century is the age of lifelong learning. Living in a society where the average life span is constantly increasing, lifelong learning is not at all just a catchphrase but a lifestyle. The long days of older adults are preferably spent through sustained learning. By tradition, learning remained to be perceived as a transformation in behavior instigated by knowledge and training; nevertheless, this explanation abridges and defines the meaning of learning. Truthfully speaking, learning consist of the lifelong developmental process of an individual. It was formerly assumed that older adults were not good candidates when it comes to learning because their intelligence, memory, physical capabilities have declined due to old age.
