Diversity is happening at very accelerated pace these times. We can encounter in a single room, a very well qualified group of people speaking different languages as well as English. Many of these very well-prepared people can be great candidates for the position of business communication.

1. Tell me about a time you met a person with a foreign strong accent, and you did not fully understand what she/he was saying. How would you approach a candidate with those characteristics?

Many students coming to this large University have been part of elite high schools. Many of them do not know about personal values that used to guide the behavior of the society.

2. Have you had an incident when a younger student breaks the line of respect? How did you respond? How would you respond, if this happens during your class?

Competition is always good, when this is fair and without the goal to destroy others. Many instructors in this large University take their job very seriously, and they strive to be the best instructors in their departments. However, some might not follow ethical behavior.

3. How would you react if a fellow instructor is utilizing the wrong methods to be the best instructor, and she/he has been the best friend you have found at this campus?

This magnificent campus counts with a large group of very well qualified instructors in many different disciplines. We do believe that sharing time together and know each other is very important for our own growth. We do have special occasions when we celebrate basically anything to meet each other.

4. Have you been in celebrations, where someone get too many drinks and becomes aggressive and lacks respect to others? How could you react if you are the "bouncer" of the party?

The amount of time we spend together may result in different feelings for different people. However, we have a policy that limits fraternization among our cadre and employees.

5. What would you do if you become honestly and romantically involved with another instructor, who feels the same but you both are married?
