You work at a small software development company based in Seattle (on Lake Union) and your organization has a job opening for an administrative assistant. You are looking for someone who can take on additional challenges, besides greeting clients and answering phones. This person will report to you, the Office Manager.

Please write a memo to human resources that addresses the following items. Be sure to write short, but descriptive memo headings.
