Two blocks, with masses of 1 kg and 2 kg, are initially held together in place as shown in the figure below (see associated PDF or MS Word document). The massless spring in between the two blocks has a spring constant of k = 150 N/m and is initially compressed by 10 cm. You can assume that both masses are initially at rest.
