1. There is such a diversity of careers in IT (Information Technology), there are entire books on the subject. As you go through your CIS105 class, you have seen that IT jobs are challenging, rewarding, and VERY diverse. Think of something computer related that interests you.

Assignment on Jobs in IT

1) Research and locate three types of IT jobs that interest you. If you have no interest, pretend you are researching this for a friend who is interested in IT. List them in MS Word 2016

2) Explain what you will be looking for in relation to a career in IT. Salary, benefits etc. and did you find a job that met these needs.

3) Describe the positives and negatives of each job you have selected. Use and list at least three different sources, such as newspaper articles, job placement websites, and the advertisements on technology websites.

4) Determine which job would be best for you (or your friend) Explain why this is the career path and skillset you wish to learn.
