What were these options? What made you think of them? Which appealed to you? Why? Which ones seemed irrelevant. Why? Of the appealing business level strategy options, which one did you select. Why? 2. Functional Level Strategy. Based on your business level strategy, what functional level strategy decisions for competitive round 1 did you make in its light. Specify the commitments/specific decisions you made for each of the functions (i.e., R&D, marketing, production, and finance). Explain the rationale of your commitments/choices backed up by well thought out analysis. [1500 words]

3. Expected Outcomes. Based on the content supplied for the above two sections what results/outcomes were you expecting at the end of round 1. You choose whatever metrics/KPIs are of interest to you. Explain the analysis behind these forecasts. In other words, on what basis are or were you expecting these outcomes/results. [500 words]
