Assignment - Federal Level Response to COVID19 Discussion

If anybody wondered what can change in two weeks, I guess we have an answer, right? For this week, I'd like you to analyze the government response to Covid-19 at two levels:

1) The municipality that you reside in

2). The federal level

I'd like you to identify a major policy that has been enacted at each level, what you think led to it (internal pressure? exteneral pressure? diffusion of policy?) and describe the early repercussions you have witnessed thus far (and no, I don't expect you to be able to identify whether it has stopped the spread of this virus because our epidemiologists don't know this yet). I'm looking for 300-350 words!
