What you think about the comment made? The most challenging question I've had to answer is where I see myself in five years. When I was first asked this question, I had not been to many interviews, so it took me some time to think of an answer. When I think about that interview, I realize that my future goals were not in line with the position I was applying for. Companies want employers who want to stay for a long duration, therefore your answers should match the job you are applying for. I ended up not receiving the job, and I believe it's mainly because of how I answered that question. The most challenging question for me today would be why you want to work at our company or what makes it intriguing for you. Before attending the interview, I must always do my research.
