- research the skill and devise a plan for approximately two weeks that details how you will learn the skill (submit this plan and the skill explanation)
- practice 10-15 min each day and reflect on how it went

- what the "look fors" are that determine your progression through the three stages of motor learning; indicate if at a certain point you progressed from one stage to the next
