Question: Many companies have reputations for having strong organizational cultures. Some examples include: Southwest Airlines, Google.com., SASS, Federal Express, The Container Store, American Express, Costco, Coca-Cola, and Kellogg's---to name a few. Select a company that you personally and professionally really admire (one from this list or one that you select yourself). Peruse that company's website carefully.
