Question: We've all heard the acronym FAIL (first attempt in learning), and knowing that hindsight is 20/20. Most of us know that if we fail, we will pick ourselves up and try again, whether personal or work-related.
Creatively or not, do you think it's necessary to fail? If so, tell me about a time when/where you failed and what you learned from that experience and used that experience moving forward. Do you still rely on what you learned previously?
